Leah E. Smith

Leah Smith grew up over the state line in Calhoun, Georgia. She graduated with high honors both from Maryville College with a B.A. in political science and the University of Tennessee College of Law with her Juris Doctor (J.D.).

Leah’s practice focuses on family law in which she assists individuals and families going through emotional and volatile situations navigate the legal system. Her cases consist primarily of uncontested and contested divorces, post-divorce modifications and enforcement, custody modifications, paternity actions, and child support cases.

Leah became an attorney to find ways to help people in her community. As an Associate Attorney at Conner & Roberts, Leah strives to advocate for her clients’ needs to help them come out the other side of the conflict in the best position possible.
